Developers Secure $175M Construction Loan for Pier 66 in Fort Lauderdale, Fl
The developers working on the mixed-use luxury beachfront property, Pier 66 Hotel and Marina have gained a $175 million construction loan.
The 22-acre site will feature a 10-story hotel, two 11-story residential towers with 38 units each, 39 villas in four separate 4-story buildings, with an additional dozen single-family 4-story homes. The site will also offer 32,000 square feet of retail and office space and a public marina promenade.
