Construction Progressing a Mixed-Use Development in Fort Lauderdale
The framing is well underway at Pier 66 Hotel and Marina, a mixed-use luxury beachfront property in Fort Lauderdale. The 22-acre site will feature a 10-story hotel, two 11-story residential towers with 38 units each, 39 villas in four separate 4-story buildings, with an additional dozen single-family 4-story homes.
The site will also offer 32,000 square feet of retail and office space and a public marina promenade.
