Development Team Breaks Ground on Lidl at Skyland Town Center
Mayor Bowser and the Skyland Town Center development team broke ground on the Lidl outpost this past Saturday, 1/8. WC Smith and Rappaport announced the lease signing in May of last year. The 29,000 square foot store will join Phase 1 of the Skyland Town Center development, which also includes a CVS, several new restaurants, and 263 residential units.
