Dinosaur Capital Files Demolition Permit for 1550 Soldiers Field Road
Dinosaur 1550 LLC has filed a demolition permit request with the Boston Landmarks Commission to demolish the existing commercial building at 1550 Soldiers Field Road in Brighton. The demolition will make way for a new two-building residential project overlooking the Charles River that was approved by the Boston Planning Board in May 2018. A six-story building at 1550 Soldiers Field Road will contain 211 market-rate apartments, and a four-story building at 21 Soldiers Field Place will contain 38 affordable condominiums.
