Downtown DC Office to Residential Conversion Wins Approval
The D.C. Zoning Board has approved plans for the redevelopment of the office building at 1735 K St. NW. Plans call for the conversion of the 11-story building to a mixed-use program that will operate as a hybrid lodging and residential use. The hybrid use will be operated by Placemakr. The building will also feature hospitality-like amenities, as well as ground-floor retail space.
