Electrical Rough Work Begins on South Boston Innovation Campus
An electrical permit valued at $15,000,000 has been issued to 329 Northern Avenue as line laying begins at the South Boston Innovation Campus. Plans call for the construction of a 10-story, 381,000 square foot building featuring laboratory, research and development, office, and supporting uses. The project will include one level of below-grade parking and a signature public plaza at the intersection of Northern Avenue and the Massport Haul Road.
