Electrical Work Underway
Electrical work is underway at the upcoming mixed-use building, 1943 Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester. The building is located across from the Ashmont rapid transit station that will contain 64 rental apartment residences and over 2,100 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residences will include 42 studios, 15 one-bedrooms, 3 one-bedrooms + den and 4 two-bedrooms. 8 residences will be designated affordable.
1943 Dorchester Avenue is anticipated to open in Fall 2018.
