Envelope Enclosure Begins on 15 Necco in Fort Point
Siding and glass installation have begun on 15 Necco Street in Fort Point as development progresses on the project. The upcoming highly sustainable amenity-rich office/laboratory development will be home to Lilly's new state-of-the-art Institute for Genetic Medicine. The building, which is targeting LEED Gold Core & Shell, Fitwel, WELL, and WiredScore Platinum certifications, is expected to deliver in late 2023.
