Exterior finish installation underway at One Gurney Street, new Roxbury Crossing affordable apartments
Windows have been fully installed at One Gurney Street, and exterior finish panels are being installed along the building’s facade. One Gurney Street is fully weatherproofed, with moisture-resistant cladding in place along the entire facade. Inside One Gurney Street, fit out of residences and common spaces is underway in anticipation of the building’s opening this Fall. The new five-story building will feature 40 affordable apartment residences, 27,000 square feet of office space and 4,577 square feet of retail. One Gurney Street is located across from the Roxbury Crossing MBTA Orange Line station, with direct service to Downtown Boston. The following are photographs of One Gurney Street:
