Exterior Work Nearly Complete for Exchange 200
Exterior work is wrapping up for the renovations to 200 Exchange Street in Malden. The revamped building will offer around 300,000 square feet of creative office, flex, R&D space, tech and ground-floor retail/restaurant space. Exchange 200 will offer tenants easy access to the MBTA along with amenities including a lounge, fitness center and bike storage
