Exterior Work Ongoing for Venue in Alexandria
Work continues on the facade replacement of the former Crowne Plaza Hotel in Alexandria as part of the transformation to multifamily. Framing is also ongoing at the base of the building for the 41 new townhomes being added to the site. The renovated tower will feature 119 condominiums. Once complete, owners will be able to enjoy the rooftop sky lounge and terrace with outdoor fire pits, state-of-the-art fitness center, dog wash, and bike room, along with a concierge to cater to their daily needs.
