FAA Grants Approval for Cranes for Pendry Construction
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted approval for three tower cranes to be used in the construction of Pendry Tampa. The luxury hotel and residential building will rise 38-stories on a site bordering the Hillsborough River along the Tampa Riverwalk. The 5-star hotel will include 220 rooms, along with a restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop pool fitness center and spa and 11,000 square feet of meeting space. The upper floors will feature 207 Pendry residences, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Retail space will occupy a portion of the first floor facing the river. Pendry will be the third 5-star designated residence in Tampa. Pendry Tampa is scheduled to debut in 2024.
