Facade Installation Wrapping Up for 13-Story Condo Project in Downtown Brooklyn
General contractor, , is wrapping up the facade installation process for a 13-story, residential project, going up at 9 Chapel Street (alternatively addressed as 219 Jay Street) in Downtown, Brooklyn.
Developed by , the building will exclusively contain condo units, with residences in total. Many of these units will feature private balconies. The building will also have a cellar level, although it's unknown what this will be used for at this time.
Designed by SO-IL, with Kane Architecture serving as the architect of record, the topped out structure stands feet tall and totals square feet.
In November of 2021, Bank Hapoalim issued a $25 million loan to the project team to fund all construction costs. Work is expected to finish in the coming months and unit sales are to be handled by The Corcoran Group.
