Facade Work Completes for Luxury Chelsea Condo Project
General contractor, , has completed facade work on a 12-story residential building, located at 540 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Known as "FORENA", the structure is being developed jointly by Landsea Homes and DNA Development. It will contain condo units, available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities include a fitness center, a residential lounge, a zen garden, bike storage, and a landscaped roof terrace with a grilling station.
Designed by , FORENA totals square feet. While the exterior work has concluded, there is still a bit of interior finishing left to do. As a result, construction is expected to complete within the next few months.
