Facade Work Nearly Finished for Luxury Chelsea Condo Project
General contractor, , is wrapping up facade work for a 12-story residential building, located at 540 Sixth Avenue in Chelsea, Manhattan.
Known as "FORENA", the structure is being developed by Landsea Homes and DNA Development. It will contain condo units, available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities include a fitness center, a residential lounge, a zen garden, bike storage, and a landscaped roof terrace with a grilling station.
Designed by , FORENA totals square feet. With plenty of interior finishing still left to go, construction is expected to complete towards the end of the summer.
