Facade Work Underway for Clinton Hill Mixed-Use Project
General contractor, Titanium Construction Services, is currently installing facade materials at 445 Grand Street, a 9-story, mixed-use development, going up in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.
Developed by Ranger Properties, the building is set to offer rental apartments, with 20 of these units to be dedicated to affordable housing.
In addition to residential units, the structure will have square feet of ground floor retail space, a new, 4,300 square foot community center for the neighboring 7th Day Adventist Church, an enclosed parking garage with room for vehicles, and a storage area for up to 57 bikes.
Plans also call for multiple tenant amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool, recreation, and entertainment spaces, and a laundry room. Designed by Fogarty Finger, 445 Grand Avenue stands topped out at feet tall. The building will total square feet when complete.
