Floors 1-11 of the tower will be used by the institution to house classrooms, student resource facilities, multiple common areas, a state-of-the-art library, a new dining hall, and the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems.

The 12 uppermost floors on the other hand are exclusively set to contain dorm rooms. With 484 beds in total, these units will be dedicated to first-year students, and serve as a direct replacement for an existing dorm facility, located at One Pace Plaza.

Designed by , with interiors envisioned by Architecture Research Office, the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet.

While Pace University won't own the building outright, the school has signed a leasehold to occupy the entire building for 30 years following its completion. As the build team races to wrap up the facade installation process, interior finishing is currently well underway. Work on 15 Beekman Street is expected to fully finish sometime this summer.
