Final Amenities Being Installed at Villas at Gulf Coast
The team at Villas at Gulf Coast in Fort Myers, FL is installing the last few amenities, such as the dog park and hammock court, including shade structures, gliders, benches, waste receptacles and wayfinding signs. Landscaping and irrigation have been completed throughout the property. The pool and pool deck are fully operational. Located off Alico Road, just east of I-75, Villas at Gulf Coast will offer 140 horizontal rental units. Each unit is a standalone apartment with its own backyard. The one, two and three-bedroom units range in size from 750 square feet to 1,300 square feet. The backyards start at 300 square feet and will vary in size, depending on the size of the apartment unit.
