Forest Properties Mortgages Braintree Property
Cambridge-based developer, Forest Properties, has mortgaged their property, Landing 53, for $47 million via Webster Bank
The newly built six-story mixed-use building in Downtown Braintree featuring 172 market-rate residential rental apartments with 12,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Landing 53 contains 32 studio apartments, 62 one-bedroom apartments, and 78 two-bedroom apartments.
