Fort Myers Industrial Park on Track for Delivery
The walls are tilted and the roofing process has begun at Legacy at Oriole Road, placing it on track for delivery in Summer 2023. The industrial park in Fort Myers will include two 250,000-square foot, 32-foot clear high buildings on over 34 acres. Each building will include 60 dock doors, 72 trailer parking stalls and 280 car parking spaces. The industrial park provides easy access to I-75 and Route 41. Completion is expected in the Summer 2023.
