Framing Completes for North Jersey Warehouse Project

General contractor, , has more or less wrapped up the concrete framing work for a major industrial warehouse project, going up at 1098 US-46 in Ridgefield, New Jersey.

At this time, work is very much ongoing inside the structure, but not much can be seen happening on the outside. Grading and masonry are already in progress, however, and recently installed light poles in the parking lot indicate that the site is being prepped for asphalt paving.

Developed by , the Class-A facility will be known as the "Ridgefield Logistics Center" and is designed to accommodate large distribution operations. Set to total square feet, the building will feature 325,421 square feet of warehousing space, 65 loading dock doors, 3-drive-in doors, and  square feet of mezzanine office space.

In addition, there will be 56-trailer parking spaces, 40-foot ceiling clearance heights, 3,000 Amp power, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, and 183 employee parking spaces.

Positioned about a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike, and 2 miles from Interstate 80, the Ridgefield Logistics Center will benefit from a prime location, which makes it highly desirable for large-scale shipping and receiving operations. Construction is far along at this stage, and work is expected to wrap up by Q1 of 2023. Leasing has already commenced and is being handled by CBRE.
