North Jersey Warehouse Project Officially Completes
General contractor, , has fully wrapped up construction on a major industrial warehouse project, located at 1098 US-46 in Ridgefield, New Jersey.
At this time, the building even has all of its final touches, such as painted parking lot lines, landscaping, and signage.
Developed by , the Class-A facility is known as the "Ridgefield Logistics Center" and it's designed to accommodate large distribution operations. Totaling square feet, the building features 325,421 square feet of warehousing space, 65 loading dock doors, 3-drive-in doors, and square feet of mezzanine office space.
In addition, there are 56 trailer parking spaces, 40-foot ceiling clearance heights, 3,000 Amp power, ESFR fire sprinkler systems, and 183 employee parking spaces.
Positioned about a mile from the New Jersey Turnpike, and 2 miles from Interstate 80, the Ridgefield Logistics Center benefits from a prime location, which makes it highly desirable for large-scale shipping and receiving operations. Leasing has already commenced and is being handled by CBRE.
