Framing Progressing at Attainable Housing Development in Tampa
Construction crews have begun framing at Allora Uptown, an attainable housing development in Tampa. The frames are in place on the lower floors of some of the apartment buildings. The garden-style community with 294 apartments is just 10 miles north of downtown Tampa. Upon completion, Allora Uptown will offer one- and two-bedroom floorplans in 10 three-story buildings, bringing critically needed attainable housing to the community. In addition to an array of lifestyle amenities, the community features nearby freeway access and is 2.5 miles from several major health and education employers, including Moffit Cancer Center, James A. Haley VA Hospital, AdventHealth Tampa, and University of South Tampa.
