Framing Set to Begin for Sedna in Beverly
Building A at Sedna in Beverly, MA is ready for framing to begin next week. The plan for the project is to stick build the basement level and then floors 1-3 will be panelized.
The two-building project will include 62 apartments along with a public waterfront park, 1,500 feet of boardwalk, and 1,200 feet of new sea wall. The first units are expected to be completed in Q3 2020.
