Framing Tops Off on 808 Windsor at Boynton Yards
has topped off construction on 808 Windsor Street in Somerville in a topping-off ceremony. Nicknamed "One Boynton," the second phase of development calls for a 168-foot high rise featuring 330,000 SF of lab/life science space, 9,500 SF of ground-floor retail, and 242 underground parking spaces. The project also includes a 22,360 SF civic park.
