Framing Underway for 560+ Bethesda Project
Framing is beginning to rise for the two towers coming to 5159 Pooks Hill Road in Bethesda. The project will include 562 units residential along with a rooftop terrace and green roof deck, fitness center, clubroom, and floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize views of the natural beauty surrounding the hilly project site. Pooks Hill will also feature a large Scandinavian-inspired amenity space on the ground floor with a link lobby that connects the two buildings.
