Framing Underway for NU EXP
With the concrete core in place, steel framing has now kicked off for Northeastern University's EXP project at 795 Columbus Avenue. The upcoming 350,000 gross square foot building will feature additional classrooms, laboratories, and a dynamic new makerspace hub. The new modern research space is designed to be completely flexible, allowing conversion from dry labs to wet labs as needed to accommodate different occupants. Construction is expected to last through 2023.
