Franklin Street Brokers $48M of Multifamily Transactions in Central Florida
Franklin Street, a leading player in the commercial real estate industry, has successfully brokered the sale of multiple multifamily properties across the Florida markets of Tampa, St. Petersburg and Lakeland. The combined transaction volume totals $48M, highlighting Franklin Street’s ability to leverage expertise and tailored solutions to deliver valuable results to clients despite a challenging capital markets environment.
Facilitated through Franklin Street’s collaborative platform, the Multifamily Investment Sales Team, including Avery Jordan, Darron Kattan, Mark Savarese and Cary Brown, were supported by the Capital Advisory team, including Casey Siggins who secured the financing for three of the closings, and the Insurance team, including Michael Conlon who placed the insurance for two of the closings.

• Waters Edge Apartments, 120 units, built in 2001/2008, 3625 New Jersey Rd.
• Aqua 550, 40 units, built in 1969, 550 50th Ave N.
• Pebblewood Apartments, 54 units, built in 1983, 11312 N 52nd St.
• Uptown Villas, 90 units, constructed in phases: 1972-1974, 13102 N 20th St. and 13911 N 19th St.
