The Global ESG Benchmark for Real Estate (GRESB) is a renowned industry tool that assesses over 2,000 companies, real estate investment funds, and developers, encompassing a staggering $7.2 trillion of gross asset value across 75 countries. GRESB's mission is to provide vital insights into environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, making it a cornerstone for investors and owners in making informed decisions.
