Gazit Horizons Announces Partnership for College House Development
Gazit Horizons has partnered with Hennick and Company (HennickCo) for the ownership of College House at 1430 Mass Ave in Cambridge. Gazit purchased the property in December for $45 million. The historic College House office building features 32,528 SF of retail and office space and was originally constructed as a dormitory for Harvard University.
