Ground Breaking Celebrated at South Street Centre Apartments
A groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday for the South Street Centre Apartments.
The 180,808 sq. ft. project will provide 96 homes for seniors and 56 homes for families.
Plans call for two historic buildings will be renovated, and three new apartment buildings will be constructed.
All of the units are affordable.
