Site Work Ongoing for South St. Centre
Site work is ongoing for the new South Street Centre project in Frederick, MD. The project includes the construction of a 180,808 SF state-of-the-art intergeneration apartment community with 152 homes. Two historic buildings are being renovated and three new apartment buildings are being added. The new construction includes a family building and two senior buildings that are connected by a breezeway and a pedestrian path below.
