Groundbreaking Held at Affordable Housing Project in Cape Coral
The development team broke ground at Civitas of Cape Coral, signaling the start of construction on the affordable and workforce housing community. Civitas will offer 96 one, two and three-bedroom apartment units designated for families earning up to 30%, 60% and 80% of the area median income. Civitas is conveniently located near shopping, employment, educational and medical facilities. Construction is expected to start in early February with completion in Spring 2024.
