GSA Seeks Contractor for $550M Renovation of 301 7th Ave SW Building
The General Services Administration is seeking partners to modernize approximately 950,000 GSF at 301 7th Street, SW DC. The project is anticipated to be provided in two phases that would include the partial build-out of a temporary swing space for building occupants, who will be in residence throughout the entire project. The estimated cost of this project is between $400,000,000 – $550,000,000.
