Hoboken Apartment Building Acquired for $56.75M
A 5-story residential building, located at 300 Grand Street in Hoboken, New Jersey has just been sold for $56.75 million. The structure was jointly purchased by Skylight Real Estate Partners and PCCP from an undisclosed seller, with JLL brokering the deal.
Originally built in 1906 as an instrument factory for Keuffler & Essel, it was later converted into a rental apartment complex, now known as "Grand Adams".
It contains recently renovated units and of commercial retail space, located on ground floor.
Tenant amenities include two interior garden courtyards, a pet-friendly community, a 24-hour laundry center, and a parking garage. 300 Grand Street also conveniently offers a 10-minute commute into Manhattan via the PATH train.
