Plans Filed With FAA For 40-Story Edgewater Tower
Skylight Real Estate Partners, Arden Group, and Panther Capital Management are moving forward with developing the planned 40-story residential tower in Edgewater. The developers proposed plans with the FAA for a 445 foot tall structure, designed by CUBE 3.
The lot is currently approved for 364 residential units, and the developers hope to begin construction late 2022.
