Interior Finishing Underway for The Ethel
Exterior work is now complete and interior finishing is underway for The Ethel. The project will be used exclusively for the District of Columbia Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSHP), which provides housing and workforce training opportunities to aid individuals transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing. In addition, there is 11,000 sf of retail, along with outdoor seating, and a striking metro plaza with a tiered lawn to create gathering spaces for the neighborhood.
