Interior Lab Fitout Underway at 321 Harrison Avenue
An interior permit for a freight elevator, core upgrades, and a bridge connecting to 1000 Washington Street has been issued to 321 Harrison Avenue as life science fitouts continue on the building. A notice of project change was approved for the under-construction development with plans to operate at BioSafety Level 3 lab and research uses. The building will feature 220K SF and 11 stories of open floor plates with 10ft tall windows offering views of Back Bay, the Financial District, and the Seaport.
