Lamond Riggs Charter School Building Trades for $13.3M
Friendship Public Charter Schools has acquired the school building at 6200 Kansas Avenue NE for $13,333,000. Friendship is one of the District of Columbia’s largest and highest-performing public charter school networks, with 16 schools serving over 4,500 students in prekindergarten through 12th grade. The roughly 45,000 square foot building offers space for around 680 students and is situated on just over one acre of land.
