Land Transfer of Air Rights Approved for Back Bay/South End Gateway
A land transfer has been approved for the acquisition & subsequent conveyance of air rights parcels on Stuart Street & Trinity Place necessary for the Back Bay South End Gateway Project. A transformational air rights development in Back Bay that will be constructed above the existing Back Bay Station, Boston Properties will construct four towers with approximately 1.37 million square feet of residential, office, and public space.
