Leesburg Mixed-Use Project Breaks Ground
The Church & Market mixed-use development in downtown Leesburg officially broke ground earlier this week. The project will include 116 apartments and over 33,000 sq ft of retail, restaurant & office space. The development also includes the renovation and addition to the historic Times-Mirror building.
