Loan Closed for Acquisition of Land for Edgewater Miami Development
LV Lending announced closing of a $7,425,000 loan to finance the acquisition of four lots for the development of the exciting Edgewater Miami VIDA Residences commercial residential project. Vida Residences is a planned 9-story residential tower in Edgewater. The plans call for 121 fully furnished condominiums. The building will permit short-term rentals on the units with AirBnB and other platforms. Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounging area, a fitness center, and dining services.
