Lobbying Group Leases 8K SF at The Herald DC
Marx Realty has signed a 10-year lease with lobbying group CGCN Group for 8,000 square feet on the sixth floor of 1307 New York Avenue NW. The roughly 114,000 square foot office building is currently undergoing a $41M renovation which includes an updated entry and new lobby along with a 40-seat board room and 8,800-square-foot Bouvier Lounge on the ground floor.
