Manhattan Apartment Building Trades for $32.75M
A story residential building at 138 East 38th Street in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan has just sold for $32.75 million. The property was purchased by Four Winds Real Estate from Bi-Coastal Management, with commercial real estate powerhouse, JLL, brokering the deal. Occupying a square foot lot, the building contains apartment units. While residential space makes up the vast majority of the building, there are also 2 small retail units amassing square feet on the ground floor. The structure was built-in 1928 and totals square feet. It's unclear at this time whether the new owner plans to redevelop the property or if they will continue to rent it out.
