Marina District Luxury Apartment Site Closed
Colliers announced that the sale of the site at 5105 West Tyson has closed. Alliance Residential Company has plans for a new apartment community that will add 325 residential units, including 40 townhomes. Broadstone Westshore, located along Tampa Bay in south Tampa, will be comprised of five apartment buildings and six townhome buildings along with a four-story parking garage with 574 spaces. In addition to the townhomes, the community will offer studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. Community amenities include clubhouse, pool, putting green and dog park.
