MIT Files Amendment to Begin Construction on 250-Foot "C-3" Volpe Tower
MIT has filed an amendment with the City of Cambridge to begin construction on the approved C-3 tower, moving the commercial development up from the third phase of development.
Part of the Volpe Center redevelopment project, plans call for a 250-foot mixed-use tower featuring 474,113 SF of research floorspace and ground-floor retail.
