Mixed-Use Development in Hollywood Gains Approval
A mixed-use development has secured approval from Hollywood officials. 21 Hollywood will be a 13-story mixed-use building that will offer 200 apartments, including 18 penthouses that will include a rooftop terrace. Community amenities will include an amenity deck on the fifth floor with a pool, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, and media lounge. The development on the 1.48-acre site will also include 10,000 square feet of retail space and 301 parking spaces. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2024, an existing building on the site will be demolished.
