Mixed-Use Development Planned in Miami
Miami-based architecture firm BEA Architects has plans for a new mixed-use development in Miami that would offer 40 two-bedroom apartments. BEA Architects acquired the site in 2021 and their corporate offices are located in the building on the site. The planned eight-story 305 Athletic Club would also include a ground-floor lobby with a display space for eight high-end cars. Amenities will include three covered tennis courts on the roof of the community parking garage and six indoor padel courts. In addition, the project includes 4,263 square feet of space for physical therapy and 197 parking spaces.
