Mixed-Use Development Proposed in West Palm Beach

 

 

New York-based developer Savanna is planning a new 16-story mixed-use development in West Palm Beach. The development includes 369 apartment units along with 7,613 square feet of commercial space and 402 parking spaces. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will range from 500 to 1,390 square feet. Community amenities will include a pool, resident lounge, coworking space, fitness center, game room, and grilling area. The development will be built on a 1.56-acre site that is currently occupied by small offices and apartments that will be demolished. The project will be reviewed by West Palm Beach Plans & Plats Review Committee on January 11th.
