The owners of Greenhills Bakery in Dorchester are planning a mixed-use redevelopment of the Adams Village site. Plans call for a 4 story mixed-use building to include 9 condos above a new space for the bakery on the ground floor. Units would include 1 & 2-bed residences with no parking on-site.
